Grieving Brendan heads home

It has emerged that Brendan Cole danced on last night's Strictly hours after finding out that his father had died after a long battle with cancer. Brendan proved he is a true professional as he put on a good performance whilst his partner, Michelle Williams, looked closer to tears as she faced the judges. (Celebritree is wondering if she has ever seen the show or its US equivalent as she seems ill-prepared for the judges' criticism or the camaraderie with the other celebs - or maybe she is just trying to work out who half of them are...)
Anyway, now Brendan is on a flight back to New Zealand to be with his family, and lucky Michelle has the lovely Ian Waite to look after her until Brendan returns.

Another 'Celebrity' Wedding

Former Strictly Come Dancing professional and (very) brief I'm a Celebrity contestant, Camilla Dallerup, today married her fiance, Kevin Sacre (of Hollyoaks fame) in a ceremony in Ibiza. Camilla looked elegant in her dress, and, no doubt, her three bridesmaids were all thrilled to be frocked up in peach taffeta. Still, Celebritree is always glad to see a wedding that isn't hidden from the cameras. The couple met in 2008 on Living TV's The Underdog Show (which Kevin won) and bonded over their shared love of hounds. Celebritree is glad to see that Camilla's got her happy ending after her heartbreak over Brendan Cole - who got his own happy ending just a few weeks ago.

Another Celebrity Wedding

Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer and former renowned womanizer, Brendan Cole, wed his girlfriend of two years, Zoe Hobbs last weekend with Hello! magazine there to capture the happy day. Joining them in their celebration were Strictly judge and fellow Antipodean, Craig Revel-Horwood, Bruce Forsyth, fellow dancing professionals, Karen Hardy, Anton Du Beke and Erin Boag, as well as Jo Wood, who Brendan partnered in the last series.
