After her recent miscarriage and subsequent illness, Celebritree is pleased to see Lily Allen up and about again as she ventured up to the big smoke from her country abode. She was in London for the opening of an envelope (ooops! Miu Miu's new store) and was looking chic in a winter white coat and little black dress, with Chanel handbag.Hopefully Lily will start to feel more like her old cheery self sometime soon.
