Peaches Tweets Again

After the break up of her last relationship, Peaches Geldof seemed to give up on Twittter, as she took time out to lick her wounds and mend her broken heart. She's now rediscovered the social networking site as she enjoys a break in Stockholm with her new man, Thomas Cohen, who is in a charmingly named London punk band, SCUM.
