The Beckhams did not let the disappointing legal result spoil their first Valentine's date night in 7years. David found out yesterday that his case against In Touch magazine had been thrown out of court, due to legal differences between the UK and US. It seems in American courts, the onus was on David to prove that In Touch disregarded evidence of the lack of truth in their allegations that David had visited a prostitute. In the UK, the magazine would have had to provide evidence of the truth of their article.Still, despite the hefty legal bills, the Beckhams went out for dinner in NYC, no doubt celebrating the success of Victoria's latest collection.
