Well, you have to feel sorry for poor Victoria Beckham. After suffering from the hangover from hell after her anniversary celebrations, she is still dealing with the after effects of her partying, as her cold sore lingers. Victoria did her best to hide the evidence as she hit the shops for the best cure she knows - a bit of retail therapy.
