Another Baby Spice

With Emma Bunton expecting a second son in May, and Victoria preparing to welcome her first daughter in July, it seems that the Spice Girls have been a busy bunch, as Mel B today confirmed to People Magazine that she is also expecting. The due date is late July-August. No word on the sex of the baby yet. Mel already has 2 daughters:Phoenix, 12, by ex husband, Jimmy Gulzar, and Angel, 4, from her relationship with Eddie Murphy. This will bfe her first child by her husband of 4 years, Stephen Belafonte, who also has a daughter from a previous relationship.
If Mel does manage to persuade Victoria that a Spice Girls reunion is a good idea, the Spice crèche will be very busy!

Baby Spice...

As Victoria flew into London Heathrow, on another business trip, no doubt, David has revealed that they are expecting a baby girl - and are delighted. At one point they had said they didn't intend to find out the sex of the baby, but clearly the temptation and speculation was too much for them and, it seems, Victoria will finally get her wish. As she landed at Heathrow, the world got the first view of the tiniest of baby bumps under her loose-fitting top.
According to Now magazine, David has had to put his foot down wtih Victoria, who is already getting over-excited about her big day - not the birth of her child, but the opportunity to show off her latest designs at the Royal Wedding. Victoria was allegedly considering wearing two outfits - one to the Abbey and another to the reception at Buck Palace, but, it seems David has put his foot down and pointed out it's Kate and Will's big day - so for once, Victoria might have to take a back seat and not hog the paps!

Katie's Classy Oscar Outing

Well, Celebritree has to say that the Oscar gowns proved to be somewhat disappointing this year - most celebs seemed to playing it safe this year. Or ruining a perfectly nice dress with some crazy bustle action (stand up, Anne Hathaway)...
So, thank goodness for Elton John extending the invite to his AIDS Foundation party to all and sundry - and Katie Price. For once, Katie went quite minimal with her hair and make up, but went all out with her frock, ignoring the basic fashion rules: less is more and legs OR cleavage, choosing to show off all her assets...
No sign of Victoria Beckham. Had she run out clutch bags with which to hide her bump? Or just working really hard at avoiding Katie, after nearly running into her earlier this week at Heathrow?

Beckhams Bound for Return to Blighty?

As David and Victoria prepare to party at the Oscars this evening (with Victoria, no doubt, dressing for comfort, in some sky high heels and covering her bump with a big clutch bag from her latest collection), the latest news leads Celebritree to believe that the Beckhams will not be staying Stateside for much longer. David's contract with LA Galaxy is due for renewal in November, and news that the Beckhams have applied for a place for Brooklyn at an exclusive, £14,000 per year, independent school near Beckenham Palace, would suggest that they have plans to return home in the near future.
Certainly a return to the UK would put an end to dilemmas such as the one currently facing the Beckhams: how they can fit in an acceptance to the event of the year - Will and Kate's wedding.
With the wedding scheduled two days before the Galaxy is due to play FC Dallas in Texas, David may find that he has work commitments, whilst Victoria will then be 6 months+ pregnant, so may not be so keen to fly. Somehow Celebritree thinks that Victoria will find a way to get herself a seat in the Abbey one way or another!
Apparently Victoria was also facing flight dilemmas this week when she felt compelled to change her ticket in order to avoid coming face to face with her old enemy, Katie Price, over a glass of champers in the first class compartment. With Chezza also on the flight, the plane might have had trouble taking off with the weight of all those egos...

Beckham date night

The Beckhams did not let the disappointing legal result spoil their first Valentine's date night in 7years. David found out yesterday that his case against In Touch magazine had been thrown out of court, due to legal differences between the UK and US. It seems in American courts, the onus was on David to prove that In Touch disregarded evidence of the lack of truth in their allegations that David had visited a prostitute. In the UK, the magazine would have had to provide evidence of the truth of their article.
Still, despite the hefty legal bills, the Beckhams went out for dinner in NYC, no doubt celebrating the success of Victoria's latest collection.

VB triumphs again at NY Fashion Week

Victoria Beckham showed her autumn/winter 2011 collection during New York fashion week today. Her chosen venue was the apartment where Carrie and Big set up home in the first SATC movie. Tired, but excited Victoria said that she had designed this collection before she discovered that she was pregnant, although the clothes definitely showed a softer, more forgiving silhouette (though her trademark "spiritual" yellow still put in an appearance). Celebritree is a big fan, although can't see the swimming caps taking off... It seems Victoria's fan base is growing, as she has sent a selection of dresses to Kate Middleton, who is keen to try her clothes (hmm, no doubt Mel B is fizzing, after VB refused to send her anything for her to wear in her reality show - guess she's just not the demographic that Victoria is looking for!)
Victoria also spoke out about her pregnancy, denying that she and David have had any tests to check the baby's agenda and that they and their boys are all excited about the new addition and probably won't find out the sex, as they really don't mind (allegedly). Now that her show is out of the way, Victoria can relax and enjoy Valentine's Day in the arms of her hubby. They haven't been able to spend February 14th together for a few years, with Victoria's fashion and David's football commitments, but apparently they plan to spend it together in New York this year.

Spot the baby bump

Victoria Beckham flew out of Heathrow today and the world got the first full length view of Victoria since she and David announced their pregnancy. Let's face it, if you didn't know she was pregnant, you this shot wouldn't exactly be a giveaway, but underneath that billowing top, there are the beginnings of a baby bump.
Much has been made of what kind of look Victoria would work for this pregnancy, but judging by this photo, it's not comfort she is looking for. Victoria went with leather leggings - no doubt very comfy when you're expecting - and still not sacrificing her heels, she sported a pair of studded 4 inch stilettos!

Heir Apparent to the Hermes Handbag Collection?

It seems Victoria Beckham's wish for some female solidarity in her family may be due to come true. Apparently Victoria had a 4D 16 week scan at a Hertfordshire hospital this week (which would make baby Beckham due mid to late July) and the scan revealed that the Beckhams are expecting their much longed for daughter. However, previously the Beckhams have claimed that they had no intention of finding out the sex of the baby before the birth, so this story could be a load of codswallop.
If Victoria does get her daughter, she will, of course, inherit one of the world's greatest collections of Birkin handbags! Victoria has spoken of how she would love to dress a little girl up and paint her nails. Just don't get any ideas about straightening her hair, Victoria - Peter Andre has allegedly found straightener burns on poor Princess's sensitive little scalp, as Katie tries to tame those crazy curls!
Still Lourdes Leon (Madge's daughter) and Suri Cruise could soon have some real competition - after they were this week voted the most stylish celeb kids.
It is said that it is good for babies to play them music whilst they are still in the womb. However, the Beckhams have their own interpretation of this as they have taken to rapping to their unborn child. Hmm, maybe Victoria has recognised this might be a better option than her singing...

Beckham Boys to dust off their dancing shoes

The latest from the Beckham camp is that David has arranged for his three sons to have dance lessons with Usher. We have already seen Romeo busting some moves on stage at the Spice Girls tour, and it seems that Cruz is also showing an aptitude for dance: he has joined his cousin in the UK at ballet classes and has taken a real shine to it, despite being the only boy in the class.
Meanwhile, as well as keeping busy preparing for her show at New York fashion week, Victoria is preparing for the new arrival to the Beckham clan by having their various homes redesigned - taking feng shui into account. Apparently she's a big fan and doesn't like clutter in corners blocking the flowing chi (or something). She's also gorging on tea and marmalade - apparently her pregnancy cravings have a very British vibe about them, so let's hope she gets well stocked up before they return to the States. Although don't put on too much weight Victoria - it seems Geri hasn't given up hope of persuading Posh to agree to a Spicy reunion for the 2012 London Olympics.
Meanwhile, James Corden is apparently keen for David to act as his best man at his forthcoming wedding. Now Celebritree knows that they've done a few comedy sketches together, but seriously, James, don't you have any "real", long-standing friends to do the job for you? Or are you just hoping to get a few quid more from Hello! or OK magazine?!

Repeat appearance

In these hard and environmentally friendly times, it has at last become acceptable to be seen in the same item of clothing more than once (unless you are Victoria Beckham). Kate Middleton has often been seen at weddings reaccessorising outfits that have had previous outings and even the Queen has been known to bring out a previously seen hat or dress.
Still Celebritree really didn't expect Suri Cruise to pick up on this trend and be seen in the same distinctive faux cur coat twice in quick succession. Having debuted her new coat at a petting zoo, it made another appearance on a Vancouver shopping trip this weekend. Note, despite the chilly Canadian weather, Suri still hasn't chosen to team the coat with a pair of opaque tights, preferring to brave the cold in bare legs...

Who says pregnant women can't have fun?

Victoria and David were seen leaving Nobu in London on Thursday night. Victoria looked as though something at the restaurant had triggered pregnancy nausea, as she looked somewhat pale and below par. Celebritree reckons she would have been better off wearing something in spiritual yellow - better for her skin tone than the black gothic look she was sporting.
Still, a closer look at David's neck reveals that perhaps Victoria had decided to take a few love bites out of her husband...
Although she might not be looking her best right now, Victoria still has plenty going on. She and David are in the UK until he has to return to LA for pre-season training with the Galaxy on 10th February. Meanwhile, Victoria will be heading to NYC for Fashion Week, where she will show her latest collection - Celebritree expects something slightly less structured and more flowing to cover up pregnancy bumps...
The Beckhams have quashed rumours that they have used genetics to select a female offspring this time, saying they don't intend to find out the sex of their baby until its birth. Still, they have made plans for Godparents - Gordon and Tana Ramsey are apparently in line to do the honours.
Meanwhile, Kate Beckinsale and Eva Longoria are busily planning a lavish baby shower for Victoria when she returns to LA. Err, what does one buy the Beckhams and their unborn offspring?

David settles back into London life

David Beckham doesn't seem to be able to stop smiling at the moment. He has been spotted out training with Tottenham Hotspur this week, and then enjoying a few pints down the pub with some of his team mates. However, his contract with LA Galaxy means he won't actually be able to play today when Tottenham face his former club, Manchester United.
Meanwhile, Victoria still hasn't been showing off much of a baby bump, although she has been looking a little tired as she keeps herself busy preparing for New York fashion week, and searching for a property in NYC so she can more comfortably split her time between LA, NYC and London. Still no news on the due date, but Celebritree reckons it will probably be a July baby.
If Victoria is feeling a little tired and drawn, maybe that would explain rumours of her falling out with her fellow Spice Girls. Mel B is supposedly in a mood with Victoria after she wanted to "borrow" some dresses from her friend's collection for her reality show, It's a Scary World. Apparently Victoria refused to lend her any, claiming that the sample sizes wouldn't fit curvy Mel. A source defended Victoria, claiming that Mel is known for borrowing stuff that she never returns.
Now it seems that Victoria and Geri have exchanged cross words - or rather not. Apparently Geri is keen to get her designer friend's advice for her new swimwear collection for Next. Victoria considers this rather beneath her own status and doesn't appreciate Geri's persistent calls, claiming that they are now "both designers" and so has started to ignore her voicemails and texts.
Be careful, Victoria, or you might have to chum up with felllow girl band outcast, Nadine Coyle!

Suri takes fashion tips from Victoria Beckham

Now Suri Cruise is normally known as a fashion leader - after all, where she goes, her mother, Katie Holmes, dares to follow. This week, Suri visited her mum on the set of her new movie, Jack & Jill, and, for unknown reasons (other than perhaps cute photo opportunities), a petting zoo was thrown into the mix. Suri seemed to have a whale of a time and can be seen with sheep, rabbits etc. However, Celebritree couldn't help but notice that she was following fashion icon, Victoria Beckham (who last week visited a safari park in a (hopefully) fake fur coat). However, Celebritree was more than a little concerned about Suri's apparent paradox dressing: surely if it's cold enough for fur, her bare legs must be feeling ever so chilly..?

Hot Beckham News!

In perhaps the most exciting celeb news since Celebritree started blogging, the Beckhams' spokeswoman has announced that the couple are expecting their fourth child this summer. Celebritree had to abandon her baking to take to the blog as her other half came bursting into the kitchen with the news. At the moment, there are no further details as to when exactly the new arrival is due or whether they know if it will be a boy or a girl. It's well known that Victoria is keen to have a daughter - after all someone needs to inherit all of those Birkin bags!
David will be leaving Victoria to fend for herself in LA though, apparently, as he is destined to come over to London to train with Tottenham Hotspur. It seems that Spurs may not be able to afford the insurance premiums for David to play competitively, so this is the agreed compromise with LA Galaxy.
Anyway congratulations to the Beckhams - watch this space for further news.

Family Day Out

Longstanding friends, the Beckhams and the Ramseys, were reunited this week on a family day out as they trudged happily together around a safari Park in North Carolina. All were dressed up warm (Celebritree hopes that's a fake fur that Posh is wearing, or one of the animals might be trying to mate with her). Apparently giraffes were a particular favourite for the group, although it may have been that the animals were taking a close look at the curious sight of Gordon Ramsey. Despite his supposed financial difficulties, Gordon has just spent £30,000 on a hair transplant as he fights his receding hairline. Now, Celebritree has read that these procedures apparently take several months to show their worth, but in the meantime, Gordon seems to have been left with a rather disturbing puffy face.
Talking of surgical procedures, this week Victoria finally admitted that she did have a boob job (err, like the rest of the world hadn't noticed!) and that she has now had the fake boobs removed as she favours a more subtle look in her own fashion designs.

New Year, new start 2?

The latest rumours around the Beckham family are that David is set for a return to the Premiership. Frontrunners to sign Becks are Tottenham Hotspur - the London club that Beckham used to watch with his Grandad as a child.
If Becks does make a temporary comeback to English league football, he will be on his own in London - Victoria clearly isn't in a nostalgic mood, as she has said that she is not uprooting the boys from their school lives in LA. She is also likely to be very busy professionally over the next few weeks as awards season begins. It's expected that the stars will be clamouring to wear her designs to the Oscars etc. Perhaps that's why Victoria has apparently turned down a high profile Spice Girls reunion at the London Olympics next year.

As mere mortals consider more exercise and healthier eating as their new year's resolutions, Victoria Beckham has decided that she wants to "drink more water and less champagne, but you've got to keep it real". Good luck with that then Victoria!
However, the major challenge for Victoria's willpower will apparently be Wednesday nights - which are her and David's "date nights". Victoria has said that this ritual is all part of keeping the romance alive, when generally they go out and get drunk, unless David persuades her to go for a couple's massage instead. Looks like Posh will be getting a lot of massages in 2011 if she is going to stick to her resolution...

The Beckhams head back to LA

Most people pull on a pair of unflattering flight compression socks before boarding a long-haul flight. Not Victoria Beckham, who settled down for a comfy relaxed journey in a pair of skintight leather leggings as she and her boys made their way back to California after spending Christmas at home in Beckhenham palace.
The question on everyone's lips is whether Becks will be named in the Queen's New Year Honours list. Will Posh be Lady Beckham by the time she next returns to Blighty?

Spice fashion

Earlier this month, Victoria Beckham's first line of high priced handbags sold out within an hour on website, Net-A-Porter. Now, fellow Spice Girl, Geri Halliwell is launching her own fashion line. Geri is focusing on swimwear which she models herself in the Next catalogue - slightly more affordable than the Posh handbags.

Celebrating Christmas with the Beckhams

The Beckhams are back in London after their trip to Brum at the weekend for David to pick up his Lifetime Achievement award at the BBC Sports Personality of the Year (btw, did anyone else notice how bored poor Cruz looked at the endless award ceremony?!)
Here the couple are pictured leaving the Ramseys' Christmas party on Wednesday evening. Victoria has also had the chance to catch up with her fellow Spice Girls as the girls got together for dinner chez Posh the other evening.
Celebritree understands that Victoria will be making sure her brood eat well on Christmas Day as they apparently plan to spend the day with the Ramseys again - no doubt Gordon will be doing the cooking and Posh and Becks will just help out with the washing up!
