Good news / bad news

It has been a nightmare week for Victoria Beckham, as David has found himself at the centre of a vice-girl scandal. He has already issued a writ against the publishers of In Touch magazine, which ran the story, and is now said to have private detectives working round the clock to track down the girl at the centre of the allegations, alleged to be a Bosnian refugee, so that he can hit her with a law suit too. Kristin Davis, Hollywood madam, is claiming to have set David up with this and another girl, so David is now said to be considering a 3rd lot of legal action against her. Victoria looked to be showing the strain as she watched her husband play for LA Galaxy, with designer son, Romeo, and her hairdresser (always best to have a hairdresser on hand during a crisis - just ask Katie Price!)
Victoria is said to be considering fleeing the country to get away from the gossip (well, probably best not to come to the UK then). However, one piece of good news for Mrs Beckham: Anna Wintour is said to be keen to fulfil Posh's ambition to appear on the cover of US Vogue. Don't keep too low a profile, Vics, Celebritree would hate for you to miss out on that!

Beckhams on holiday again?

Victoria and David were sunning themselves, enjoying another holiday, this time closer to their LA home, down the coast in Santa Monica. They were pictured with friends, relaxing and drinking vino.
Victoria hasn't just been sitting around though. After appearing as a cover star on several international editions of Vogue, most recently the Turkish edition, Vics is apparently hell-bent on getting on the cover of the US edition and is on a charm offensive to win over the editor, Anna Wintour.
It hasn't all been plain-sailing and holidays lately for the Beckhams - Victoria recently got an accountant to review their finances, and was advised to reduce their staff by 1/3 - so the Beckhams have waved goodbye to 14 of their gardeners/chauffeurs/various lackeys that they employ around the world.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the Atlantic, David's unfortunate sister, Lynne, was left in tears after her new boyfriend has been thrown in jail for harassing his ex.

TopShop new store

TopShop opened a spanking new store in Knightsbridge yesterday and retail impresario, Philip Green, pulled together a very impressive guest list, including US Vogue editor, Anna Wintour. It seemed to Celebritree that most of the stars had been rummaging at the back of their cupboards to find some old thing to wear, as though the names were impressive, the outfits, on the whole, were anything but. Anna Wintour must have dispaired to return home to the UK and find such a bunch of ragbags around her...

Top Shop designer, Kate Moss, was in a playsuit. Nobody seems to say whether it's from her new collection or not. But if Kate Moss looks rubbish in it, it's pretty safe to say, nobody else should even bother. Still judging from the photos of the end of the night, Kate doesn't look like it stopped her enjoying herself. Nor does she seem bothered by Courtney Love's latest (attention-seeking?) claims that the she had an affair with Kate in 90s. Yasmin Le Bon was wearing some shiny-looking leather piece, whilst Nicola Roberts' dress appeared to be unravelling. Daisy Lowe seemed to have come as a giant wearing huge heels and yet her dress still had a 4 foot train. Perhaps she should have passed some of the spare fabric to her mate, Jaime Winstone, who seemed to look slightly uncomfortable in a tiny bit of cream lace. Thank goodness for Kelly Brook, who managed to up the glamour contingent somewhat.
