So, a cloudy morning in London saw celebs out en masse to show off their marathon running skills (except Katie Price - no doubt still recovering from her Egyptian ordeal/holiday). Lee Latchford-Evans (former Steps singer) was the fastest Celebritree tracked celeb coming in at 4h 39 mins. Natalie Imbruglia was the fastest of the females in just over 5 hours, whilst despite expressing concerns that she wouldn't make it, Michelle Heaton made it in 5h29 mins. Princess Beatrice was the first royal to complete the course with the Branson kids as part of a caterpillar and lovely Lorraine Kelly made it round in 6hr13mins.
The 2 Rickys (Groves and Whittle) from last year's Strictly also made it - surprisingly Groves managed to come in 5 minutes quicker than Whittle - so clearly the impressive 6 pack he was flashing earlier this week means that fitness appearances can be deceptive...
UPDATE - Apparently Michelle Heaton had to be stretchered off after crossing the finishing line and collapsing in tears. Still, poor Gordon Ramsey didn't make it round after having to pull out with cramp. Here's a slightly less glam pic of Michelle...
All the sunshine we have been enjoying in Blighty seems to have been going to some celebs' heads. What other explanation can there be for these fashion abominations in sunny yellow? Now, Celebritree knows that yellow is a spiritual colour (VB informed us of this when revealing her first collection), but both Denise and Katie look like they need more than spiritual help in these outfits. As Katie's wedding blessing day draws nearer, rumours are afoot that she had fled to Paris to deal with her stress whilst Alex was left worrying that she would call the whole thing off. So perhaps she was wearing this outfit to ensure she stood out and prove that she hadn't fled anywhere. Au contraire, Katie had been signing a £5 million deal with Virgin to move her reality TV show from ITV2 to Living TV. Richard Branson must be so proud.
