Sinitta has today revealed to the papers that earlier this year she discovered a tumour, the size of an ostrich egg. She kept her own counsel on this news, fearing that it could be cancer (Sinitta suffered an earlier scare when she had a tumour removed from her breast) but has now been given the all clear. However, whilst out and about on Thursday, Sinitta, still weak from the op, collapsed, breaking her ankle. She is now housebound so is keeping herself busy tweeting away. Simon Cowell is, according to sources, as attentive as ever, despite the apparent furore surrounding his decision to quit X Factor in the UK, leaving Robbie Williams as the favourite to replace him.
