Victoria Beckham was out last night promoting her new ad with pal, Eva Longoria, for LG phones. Victoria wore one of her own designs - the short version of the dress that she wore for the post-Oscars party.Victoria also showed off a new hairdo. And goodness me! Is that a smile on her lips..?
