It seems like just yesterday that Charlotte and Gavin were announc
ing the news of their engagement. Just a few weeks later, the news has emerged that the couple have split. They have stated that nobody else is involved, but rumour has it that Char had been jealous of Gav's relationship with Susie Amy (actress from Footballers' Wives) - they have been filming a reality show together, in Norway. Gavin has decided to avoid the press fracas by going off on a lads' holiday in Benidorm, having just returned from filming in Norway, and another lads' holiday in LA. Meanwhile, Charlotte was being comforted by her mum and ventured out to take their kids, Ruby and Dexter, to McDonald's - cutting a rather sad figure.
'Friends' close to the couple say that the split isn't entirely unexpected as the couple had been rowing continuously over the last 18 months or so. Whilst Charlotte has slimmed down and focused on her career, Gavin's career seems to have been on the slide - so that he is now appearing on reality shows with Susie Amy and Shane Ritchie.
