Blondes have more fun?

Katie Price is currently enjoying a break Stateside with her hairdresser/make up artist friend, Gary Cockrill. Seeing the California sunshine has obviously had an effect on her style, as Katie has decided to go blonde again. This has sent the rumour mongers going as Katie once claimed that she is always blonde when pregnant. So has Katie finally got her wish to be Reidonated? Well, she's denying it for now...

Katie speaks frankly

Katie Price has given an interview to The Guardian (unusual choice for her there) and told them how she loves "to be the centre of attention" (err, tell us something we don't know. She feels completely comfortable with the fact that she has 3 children by 2 fathers and says that is quite normal in her circles - although "maybe, we're all slappers".
Meanwhile, Alex has said that he would absolutely forbid his wife from being a surrogate mother for her gay friends, Gary and Phil.
Still no signs of her being 'Reidonated' though...

Who? What? Where?

Who is this arriving in a big Merc, surrounded by fans and security? Is it, perhaps, David Cameron? The Queen? Barack Obama? Err, no, it's Katie Price, arriving in Weston-Super-Mare for a book signing at Waterstone's. Fans queued for hours to get her to sign her ghost-writer's latest novel.
Elsewhere in the Reid-Price media, Alex is apparently being courted by Channel 4 to appear in the line-up for Ultimate Big Brother. Four contestants are due to be booted out from the interminable current series this week and will be replaced by a selection of people from previous series (both celeb and 'ordinary' versions). The usual fame-hungry faces are up for this stint, but BB bosses are so keen to get Alex to get the publicity he will no doubt drum up (or his wife/manager will, anyway), they are prepared to pay £75K to get him to sign on the dotted line.
In case Alex doesn't sign up, the next opportunity to see the Reid-Prices in action comes on August 21st on ITV2, where they will be joining Yvette Fielding to go ghost-hunting. Hmm, something tells Celebritree, this could be comedy. No doubt they will be joined by Katie's make-up artist/hair dresser and maybe Michelle Heaton will get in on the act too...

Gary Cockrill's exciting auto-biography

is in the shops tomorrow (26th July). Called From Coal Dust to Star Dust, Gary lifts the lid on his life, his marriage to handyman other half, Phil, and his close friendship with Katie Price (Celebritree assumes this takes up a larger chunk of the book). He tells how Phil took Katie into a 'dark room' in a Spanish club and also reveals how he and Phil went to kinky club in London with Alex and Katie. She was disguised in the clobber shown - nobody recognised her! Err - did these people not have eyes? Or was it just another (very) dark room?
He also tells how Katie is always offering to have a kid for Gary and Phil. Oh well, Katie, if Alex doesn't Reidonate you any time soon, there's always the GBFs...

Katie the Flopstar - the results

Oh dear, Katie's assault on the charts peaked at no 61 - well outside the top 40, after selling a grand total of 2,701 copies. It seems that nothing worked for Katie in her desperate attempt to flog her record. Even the sympathy vote failed, after bessie mate/hairdresser/make up artist/concrete applier, Gary Cockrill told the media all about when Katie was raped. How was this news? She'd told us this before and he didn't reveal anything new (e.g. who the perpetrator was), other than that he'd never seen Katie look so pale (err, did she scrub off the fake tan then?)
Anyway, Katie attempted to console herself with a game of polo. Apparently Prince Harry was there too but Celebritree couldn't find any pics of the two of them together, so presumably, he gave her a wide berth...

Another hen do for Katie

Katie was last night celebrating her second hen do (for this particular wedding) with a Barbie-themed party at a hotel in Mayfair. She even had a cake shaped like a Barbie and wore a typically tasteful outfit.

Her GBFs, Phil and Gary, seemed to play a key part in the organising as Phil rocked up complete with 4 real life Kens/topless models, baring some goodies in Sainsbury's carriers (no expense spared then...)

Katie has got all the press talking as it seems that even with all that Sainsbury's Cava (or whatever) available, Katie resisted temptation and didn't touch a drop, choosing to drive herself home. Apparently she needs to keep a clear head for all the organising that she needs to do for her wedding blessing on Saturday (don't forget readers, this wedding is all about them, it's far more personal than her last one so they're NOT getting a wedding planner involved!) Or perhaps she would like us all to wonder whether she's pregnant??

Katie's mate gets a break

Seems that hanging onto Katie's coattails (although, let's face it, Katie's rarely seen in a coat) seems to have finally paid off for her make-up artist/GBF, Gary Cockerill. Apparently he's been given his own show on Sky, in which he'll tour the country attending over-the-top teenage proms. Well, they'll certainly be over the top if they let Gary loose with all his make-up and sequins! Does Sky really want to create a whole nation of teenage Jordans?

Honeymooners

Katie and Alex have finally found time in their busy schedules to fit in a honeymoon, so Katie got all trussed up in her furs to go to.... Egypt! (Alex looks far more suitably attired imho.) Yes, Katie and Alex are going to be spending 10 days in Sharm-el-Sheikh romancing, accompanied by Andrew Gould (Katie's horse trainer and rumoured ex-lover), his wife, their 2 children and Harvey. Initially Celebritree had assumed that the Reid-Prices were going away for a relaxing few days on doctor's recommendations so that Katie could get Reidonated in peace, but with that lot in tow, who knows what Katie's latest plans are?! Celebritree is wondering why Gary Cockrill (Katie's talented hairdresser/make up artiste) isn't there too to tend to her tresses... But don't worry, readers, Junior and Princess are having their own fun in the sun with Daddy Pete in Dubai!
