Cheryl's ultimatum

After weeks of speculation, it seems that Cheryl has finally had her lawyer contact Ashley, to serve him with divorce papers. Apparently Cheryl wants things to be amicable - she's not citing Ashley as an adulterer, settling for 'irreconcilable differences' instead. Her demands are that he should accept immediately, not contact her for 6 months from the divorce, never reveal anything about their marriage and let her keep the house (although she'll pay him £3 million for his share).
According to The Sunday Times Rich List published today, Cheryl is worth £10 million (double the rest of Girls Aloud), so she can afford to splash out...
