Now that Katie and her whole family are back in Blighty, she has allegedly imposed a strict diet on Alex. Married life is clearly agreeing with him a little too much and apparently he's piled on the pounds on holiday. Maybe it's all down to his injury - without his intensive training regime for the fight that was scheduled next month, those abs are going to go to jelly.
