Cheryl home and ready for visitors

Good news readers! Cheryl Cole has finally left hospital and is continuing her recuperation at her Hurtmore home. Mother, Joan, is keeping a vigil by her bedside and guarding her daughter to ensure she keeps to her doctors' advice (Chezza is facing an alcohol and sex ban, allegedly) and to protect her from any unwanted visitors...
Talking of which, Ashley is back home in Blighty after his lads' holiday in the US. It seems Derek is still hanging around, overcome with guilt that he is to blame for the malaria, whilst Will.i.am has been showering Cheryl with bouquets of flowers and is said to be planning a trip over to visit.
Derek's Dancing with the Stars partner, Nicole Scherzinger, has extended her stay on X Factor to cover for Cheryl and Dannii's absences, although apparently Cheryl is keen that her Girls Aloud mate, Kimberly Walsh, should keep her judge's seat warm until she's fully recovered.
Talking of Girls Aloud, Joan is keen for her daughter to catch up with her bandmates. However, it seems unlikely that Nadine is going to be hot on the heels of Ashley and Will over the Atlantic. Apparently the first Nadine knew of her bandmate's brush with death was when fans informed her via Twitter (Celebritree wonders is anyone ever picks up the phone any more, or even emails, does everything just get announced via Twitter?), although, obviously she's very concerned, as her granddad had it. So, can't see a Girls Aloud reunion on the horizon any time soon, especially with Cheryl's solo album release postponed (it was scheduled for October), which makes Celebritree wonder - where is Nadine's long-promised solo effort?

Are Jenson and Jessica back together?

Jenson Button made a hasty get away from Silverstone on Sunday and spent the evening in London, dining at Roka, with his ex-girlfriend, Jessica Michibato. He was out again last night (see Celebritree spotted) with two ladies. Seems like these F1 gents can't make up their minds - Lewis Hamilton and Nicole Scherzinger recently reunited after a break of just a few weeks.

Whilst Cheryl has been cavorting around Europe with Black Eyed Pea, Will.i.am, Derek Hough, who comforted her immediately after her split from Ash in LA, has been busy with Pussy Cat Doll, Nicole Scherzinger, winning Dancing with the Stars. However, it seems he has some time on his hands now, and apparently Cheryl begged him to come over and spend some time with her at her former marital home. In fact, Derek even joined Cheryl on stage at the O2 to reprise the passionate dance from the video to her track, Parachute. In between all these romantic encounters, Cheryl has apparently found time for a clear out and has been giving away a lot of her bling - gifts from her ex husband. Ma Tweedy is apparently the beneficiary... Celebritree is sure she has plenty of opportunity to go out dripping in diamonds - perhaps it will make a good impression when she attends her son's court case...

Cheryl Cole in Talks

Cheryl Cole's star continues in its ascendant. Today, as well as negotiations for the renewal of her X-Factor contract (with rumours claiming that she will boost those earnings by £700,000), oor Chezza is also in talks with Disney. Her recent visit to LA has apparently got Disney execs all excited - thinking that she could be just what the studios need (who'd have thought wholesome Cheryl could end up in a Disney movie?)

She's also in talks with Pussycat Doll, Nicole Scherzinger (is it coincidence that she is currently partnered with Cheryl's mate, Derek, in Dancing with the Stars?) about doing a duet together. Nicole's manager is anxious to get in on the act as Cheryl tries to break America (especially as she already has backing from Simon Cowell and Will.i.am).

Expect to see Cheryl heading to LA again soon - once this volcanic dust cloud clears...

Dancing with the Stars

Yes, on this side of the Atlantic, Celebritree is ahead of readers over in Blighty. Last night the new series of Dancing with the Stars premiered in North America (catch it on Friday in the UK). Now, Celebritree has often snubbed this show in the past as the 'stars' are often unknowns back in Europe. But, let's face it, last year most of Strictly's 'stars' needed full introductions before we had a clue who they were.

So, DWTS's line-up is looking pretty good this year: that one from the Pussy Cat Dolls (with beau, Lewis Hamilton distracted from the F1 season in the audience) surprised nobody by finishing top of the leaderboard. Octogenerian, Buzz Aldrin (who according to Bruno 'looked like he'd left his moon boots on') was equally unsurprising at the bottom. In between was a hive-covered Shannon Doherty, who doesn't seem nearly as mean as she was back in the days of 90210. And the highlight of the night was Pamela Anderson - what was she on? She seemed to get herself into nearly every camera shot, schmoozing, cavorting and pouting her way around the set. Her dance routine needs to be seen to be believed as she shakes her hair extensions and her other ample gifts to within an inch of their lives. Bruno practically leapt over the desk to get at her as his head was filled with 'rough, dirty sex' (funny Celebritree never thought that fake boobs and all that hair would do it for Bruno...)

Anyway, this extravaganza got Celebritree thinking - the BBC needs to up its game. So, readers, who would you like to see on this year's Strictly?
