Hmm, don't you just love it when celebs tell how amicable their break-ups are? They're so superior to the rest of us that they can meet, mate and break up and it's all just a bed of roses. Although it seems that Mel and Oksana's break up might not be as amicable as they have led us to believe after Oksana has taken out a restraining order on Mel preventing him from seeing her or her daughter. I guess that puts an end to all the 'co-parenting' talk...However, it seems that that's not an end to it as Mel battles the order to ensure that he can continue to see his daughter, and slapped Oksana with a counter restraining order to prevent her talking to the media about their relationship and subsequent break up...
