Well, the X Factor kicked off the audition stage of filming yesterday in Glasgow. Whilst Danni parades her bump around Oz, Geri Halliwell has stepped into her tiny shoes as a guest judge. Of course, Geri has experience in this role, having been part of the panel with Pete Waterman and fellow X Factor judge, Louis Walsh, for Popstars: The Rivals - and thereby helping to discover Cheryl and her Girls Aloud bandmates. (Of course, they were also responsible for One True Voice - but they are probably best forgotten!)Simon has obviously decided that small judges are the route to success as another guest judge is rumoured to be pocket-sized popstar, Prince.
Meanwhile, X Factor's ratings competition, Strictly Come Dancing, is revamping its line up again with favourites, Darren and Lilia, Matthew Cutler and Brian Fortuna rumoured to be sidelined into a professional dancing troupe rather than being paired with 'celebrity' partners. When will the producers learn that we just need better qualified celebs and Brucey's part minimised for a better show?!
