However, closer reading of the story reveals that in fact this book is destined to be more of a glossy picture book than a real outpouring of all the intrigue of Cheryl's life. Apparently Cheryl likes looking at pictures of herself as they bring back memories (her wedding, discovering her husband's a love-rat via the tabloids, her slugging a toilet attendant in a Croydon nightclub, the subsequent court case etc etc).
Well, maybe Ashley's scrapbook idea isn't such a bad one - Cheryl can use that as her starting point! (Although Ashley's own autobiography was hardly a rip-roaring success...)
The book is to be released in September and will apparently have the highly original name, My World. Unfortunately Peter Andre is beating her to it with his revealing and scintillating lifestory coming out in July - also called My World.
Well yes, it would of course be far more interesting to read what Chezza was thinking when she won Popstarz the Rivals than it would to find out if Tony Blair actually did think Dubya was a thick hick...
ReplyDeleteAnd a correction for Celebritree - the toilet attendant incident was in Guildford, not Croydon. As residents of Croydon would know, it would have been Tweedy who'd have come out far worse - she'd have needed a Croydon facelift after trying it on there...
