Is this a first for a celebrity divorce? Fiona Shackleton has an unusual battle on her hands as apparently neither Cheryl nor Ashley wants their joint assets, including their aptly named Hurtmore House. Ashley seems to have told every newspaper that will listen to him that his generosity knows no bounds and "Cheryl can have it all" but it seems she wants none of it, keen to move on without being saddled with reminders of her rollercoaster marriage.I'm assuming this doesn't extend to their beloved chuahuas - surely Cheryl will want to fight for their love?
