Happy holidays?

The Rooneys have taken the decision to remove themselves from the media circus and take a well-deserved break in a luxury hotel in Dubai. They have a double celebration -Wayne's birthday and his new pay packet, now he's finally signed a new contract with Man U. Coleen certainly seemed to enjoy spending his hard-earned cash as she chilled by the pool enjoying £17 mojitos and a £25 sandwich (ok, not quite Beckham sandwich levels yet...)
However, witnesses have claimed their lovey-dovey pool display was short-lived as the pair got stuck into a huge row at dinner that evening, resulting in a glass being smashed. It is claimed the pair barely acknowledged each other at the pool the following day, as they lay on adjacent sun-loungers.
Well, seems like maybe money can't buy you happiness (even if it does buy you a good time for a night, eh Wayne?)

WAGs won over with holidays

Clearly the way to a WAG's heart is a holiday. This week the Rooneys have been on a "second honeymoon" in Prague as they try to patch up their marriage. It hasn't all been fun and expensive restaurants for Coleen though - she has been working on a Littlewoods' photo shoot, but has, of course, been spending as much time with Wayne as possible.
In the warmer climes of Dubai, Peter Crouch has been showering attention on his 14 week pregnant fiancée, Abbey Clancy, who was showing off the beginnings of a baby bump. Sadly their break was cut short when Pete was called up for the England squad.

Coca-cola has had to change its marketing plans as the powers that be in Atlanta have decided that a footballer who pays prostitutes to indulge in threesomes whilst his pregnant wife is at home and urinates in public, does not represent the brand's wholesome image. Rooney's face was supposed to be appearing on cans and bottles of Coke Zero, but plans have now been canned (Celebritree would have found Rooney's mug on her drink most off-putting!)!
No comment from the Rooneys, who are now attending marriage guidance to get their lives (and brand) back on track...

Scandalous US mag article

Celebritree doesn't believe a word of it, but In Touch magazine is claiming that David Beckham has cheated on Posh with a £10k/night hooker. She has sold her story, claiming that David doesn't appreciate his wife's stick thin figure and would like her to gain some curves.
If nothing else, does it really seem plausible that David would have to spend so much more than Rooney for his kicks?
Update: David is furious and has announced he will sue over the scurrilous allegations.

Coleen makes her mind up

So it seems Coleen has agonised long enough and has decided to stand by her man, moving back into their marital home, but warning him that he's at the last chance saloon: cheat again and Wayne's out on his ear (hmm Celebritree feels sure that we heard that before post-grannygate). Coleen's taking plenty of stick for her decision from the media and even Kerry Katona has waded in saying that Coleen needs to have some self-respect - clearly too much to start taking advice from Kezza!

Now that she's well on the road to recovery, and her divorce is finalised and everything, Chezza now has a bit of time on her hands to help out any friends in need. If anyone is in need of a friendly shoulder to sob on at the moment, it's Coleen Rooney, as she deals with the media outcry over her husband's infidelities, in painful detail, as well as her private grief over her sister's illness. So, Cheryl picked up her mobile and sent a supportive text (well, let's face it, it trumps a tweet on the supportiveness scale). Celebritree supposes that if anyone knows what Coleen is going through, then it's Cheryl. Although, presumably fellow England WAGs, Victoria Beckham, Alex Curran, Toni Terry and Abbey Clancy could all offer up their own tales of woe and how they coped with public allegations of their husbands' cheating...

Retail therapy?

Poor Coleen! The latest news is that Coleen and family aren't just dealing with the humiliation of love rat Wayne's behaviour, but also with Coleen's 12 year old sister who is in hospital in a coma after suffering a stroke. Still Coleen is dealing with the stress as only a WAG can - shopping! (even if they are Mothercare bags rather than the usual designer carriers)

Coleen faces the music

Poor Coleen Rooney emerged looking puffy-eyed and tired, as she was seen for the first time since the revelations about her cheating love rat husband, Wayne. As rumours abound that another girl is to come out of the closet with claims that she "enjoyed" a threesome with Rooney and the hooker, Coleen has been staying with her parents, wondering what to do about her marriage.
Wayne has apparently told her to "Deal with it and move on". Coleen seems to be having rather more trouble doing that, but Wayne is apparently not prepared to take criticism from his wife and her family, as he reckons they're living the life of riley thanks to his fame and cash. He is apparently ready to accept Coleen's decision if she wants to leave him and isn't prepared to fight for his marriage. Coleen is thinking of beating a retreat to their £5million Barbados home to think it over...
Aside from the cheating, Celebritree can't help but feel if that's what Wayne is really thinking, he's just not that into you, Coleen... After all, there are plenty more fish in the sea (and most of the others don't look like Shrek...)

Wayne has the sensitivity of ...

umm, actually Celebritree is struggling to find anything that could be quite as insensitive as Wayne seems to be.
The media are having a field day at the England striker's expense, as it is revealed that Wayne let his wife know that the hooker scandal was to break via text message, whilst she was at the hairdresser's, getting a 'do' for a family christening they were supposed to attend. They didn't.
Wayne's defence is about as impressive as his striking skills at the World Cup: he has apparently told Coleen that the scandal is "no big deal" and "just boys being boys". Hmm, presumably he followed this with, "if you don't believe me, ask Peter Crouch..."

Roo's a Naughty Boy then...

There have been rumours in the press and on the internet for a few weeks about a couple of footballers who have injunctions out to try and keep mucky stories about them hitting the press. It's not confirmed if this is one of the cases, but the latest revelations about England's upstanding members of the national football squad, focus on Wayne Rooney - husband of Coleen and father to 10 month old Kai. Apparently Wayne did try to stop the revelations, but as he has an infamous history with prostitutes, this wasn't upheld, and the News of the World and Sunday Mirror both had front page headlines about his £1,200 sex sessions with Juicy Jeni, the hooker - which even she considered seedy. Apparently he liked to live dangerously (although apparently the romps were very routine) and even tried to persuade Jeni to come back to his £4.5million marital mansion, whilst pregnant Coleen was away. Jeni, being a lady of morals, refused, disgusted by this offer. It seems his hooker bit on the side was paraded in front of his team-mates for the 7 months of their 'relationship', but, in case readers are worrying that there is no moral fabric left in English football, Jeni has revealed that Michael Owen was "disgusted". Phew!
We now wait to see what Coleen will do next - will she follow Chezza and make a strike for female independence. Or will we see her do a Toni Terry/Abbey Clancy and stand by her man? She suggested, as a teenager, after Rooney's dalliances with a granny prostitute that Wayne was at the last chance saloon. Celebritree votes that she gives him the boot. She just hopes that there are no painful tattoo removals at stake in this relationship...

Coleen's made it home

Phew! At first Celebritree thought Coleen was travelling super-light, as she made her way from Manchester airport carrying her neat Chanel handbag and clutching a Louis Vuitton make-up bag closely to her (no clear plastic bags in sight for her mascaras, lip-glosses etc.)
Then, Celebritree spotted the two burly chaps charged with steering her luggage trolleys. No sign of Wayne or Kai (so was there luggage transported separately?), but I guess Coleen needed plenty of outfits for her dual location extended holiday in Vegas and Barbados - and a van to get it all home again...

The Rooney Holiday Continues

Coleen and Wayne have torn themselves away from their £5million Barbados pad, and baby Kai, to head to the Wynn hotel at Vegas for some quality couple time together. Kai has been left with family in Barbados, whilst his parents cavort around the hotel pool, presumably celebrating Wayne's new £36.4million deal with Manchester United. This reward comes on the back of the release of England boss, Fabio Capello's ratings for his players' performances at the World Cup. Amazingly, Wayne managed to score lower than Emile Heskey...

Oh good! The Rooneys are getting a well-deserved holiday.

Wayne, Coleen and Kai arrived in Barbados today, to spend some time at their multi-million pound villa. Coleen even managed a smile for the paps. Wayne managed to not look quite so cheerful, despite finally getting his break from the football and media pressure. Rumour has it that this holiday was actually booked 2 days before England went out to Germany. Perhaps Wayne had looked into his crystal ball then...
Still - he's having an easier time of it than Ashley Cole (see below). Rumours are also afoot that Beckham had to play peace-maker after John Terry tried to create unrest in the camp and seemed to try and threaten Gerrard's captaincy. Celebritree is sure that we won't hear the last of this England fiasco for some time to come.

The WAGs are coming home

England's World Cup WAGs were spotted heading off from Johannesburg airport back to Blighty after their husbands'/boyfriends' humiliating defeat at the feet of ze Germans. All seemed to be dressed in the WAG travelling uniform of heels and skinny jeans - comfort-dressing WAG stylee... Christine Bleakley looked pretty happy to be heading home to her lucrative ITV contract, whilst Toni Terry didn't look like she was relishing another long-haul flight with her young twins.
Carly Cole looked to have been packing more in hope than anything else as she lugged her sizable luggage about. Celebritree reckons she couldn't have had time to wear even half her outfits in the short stay she had in South Africa. No sign of their other halves though. Maybe they've decided to keep a low profile somewhere until the media furor dies down?
No sign of Coleen though - who kept a low profile during this tournament - much like her husband...

What are the WAGs up to?

While the Engerland team keep themselves seemingly out of trouble on the golf course (although Celebritree wonders whether at least the goalkeepers wouldn't be better off playing 'catch'), what have their lovely lady wives been up to?
Poor Coleen Rooney was without husband Wayne for their second wedding anniversary. However, she consoled herself with a barbecue at her parents' house, where they celebrated with 30 friends and some (allegedly discounted) sausages.
Celebritree's favourite WAG, VB, has apparently been busy signing up to new projects: she will appear as a cartoon character in the new series of SpongeBob Squarepants apparently, much to the joy of her sons.
Meanwhile, BBC anchor man, Gary Lineker's wife, Danielle was yesterday at Ascot looking very chic. However, she emerged later that day in an extremely dodgy red catsuit. Danielle told the media that she knows they are waiting for her to slip up, but thankfully she "knows what suits her". Hmm, maybe Gary's taken all their mirrors with him to South Africa, as Celebritree really doesn't think she looks her best here.

Death at Whisky Mist

A tourist who was clubbing at celebrity hangout, Whisky Mist, died at the club last night, whilst another patron was arrested on charges of supplying class A drugs. Wills, Harry and Kate Middleton, whose visits have helped put the club on the London A-list map, weren't present, but Wayne Rooney, his brother and Ashley Cole were all out on the razz there, celebrating Wayne winning the PFA Player of the Year Award. These photos show the three leaving, "looking shocked" at events. Or they might just be looking gormless after a big night...
